Comedy Video Contest from 4/26/10 - 5/2/10 


Introduction: Dream Row Media Group / Dream Row are offering the Online Contest - Dream Row  Giveaway Contest Rules. 
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 or older.  If under 18, must have parent's permission to enter the contest.  Employees of Dream Row Media Group, LLC, agents, the immediate family of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled are NOT eligible. 

Timing: Contest begins at 08:00:00 a.m. C.S.T. on  4/26/10 - 5/2/10 08:00 pm C.S.T.


DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Only one entry will be counted towards the contest so registering mulitiple times does not improve your odds of winning. Winners will be selected at random by Dream Row. Winner(s) will be contacted by e-mail by Dream Row using information provided on the entry form. If no valid e-mail address is provided on the entry form, another potential winner may be selected, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. 



GENERAL: By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. The winners hereby consent to the use of their name and or likenesses by Dream Row or the purposes of advertising without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited by law. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All entries become the property of Dream Row. In the event of unavailability of stated prizes, Dream Row reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. By entering, entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, affiliated and related companies, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each, from any liability resulting from participation in the contest, or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. If, in the sole opinion of Dream Row, the contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Dream Row affecting administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest, Dream Row reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the contest in its entirety and conduct the drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Dream Row reserves the right to disqualify, seek remedies and damages from, and criminally prosecute any individual or entrant tampering with the entry process. 


Privacy: Your privacy is important. Dream Row will not share your information with third parties.  Both parties do reserve the rights to all information collected during the contest to be used for future marketing of Dream Row and/or Jason Christopher Photography.
